For consumers within the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Off Premises, as well as applicable EU consumer legislation.

The cancellation period begins on the day you, or someone acting on your behalf, receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via info@ojbrovantfabrik.se before the withdrawal period expires.

The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to socks where the seal or packaging has been broken.
