Made of: 100 % beechwood. Rolling surface: 24 cm.
Care instructions:
Before first use: Clean the rolling pin with a brush or a pastry brush. As it is handmade, some wood dust from the manufacturing process may remain. You can rinse it with water and dry it afterwards. The rolling pin is untreated, so we recommend oiling it with a suitable cooking oil before first use. If you feel that the rolling pin has dried out over time, this process can be repeated as needed.
After each use: Wash the rolling pin with dish soap and warm water as soon as you are finished, then dry it. Never soak the rolling pin in water or rinse it under running water for longer than necessary. Store in a cool place.
